Recently Twin Oaks launched a new app. There have been many questions as to how the app works. We apologize for any confusion and hope the following instructions help.
How to sign-up or login to the Twin Oaks Cleaners app or on our website...
- All Twin Oaks Cleaners customers already have login information. (Do not "sign-up". It will create a duplicate account.)
- Your login id is the email address on file with Twin Oaks Cleaners.
- Your password is the last 4 digits of the primary phone number on file.
- This is temporary and will need to be changed once logged in.
- Your new password must be 6-20 characters long, contain a capital letter, a lowercase letter and a number. (No special characters)
- If the 4 digits of your primary phone number does not work follow these steps...
- Click "forgot" or "reset" password.
- If using the app, enter your email address on the next screen.
- An email will be sent to the email address you entered or on file.
- Click the link in the email.
- You will be asked to enter and confirm your new password.
- Note: Your new password must be 6-20 characters long, contain a capital letter, a lowercase letter and a number. (No special characters %,#,$...)
- You may now login to your account.
- If you are still have trouble logging in please call one of our stores and our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.
- If you are a new customer and would like to sign up please click the "sign-up" button and follow the instructions provided.
- Note: Twin Oaks is not yet set-up to offer on-demand delivery. When asked to sign up for delivery please press no and call any of our six stores or our delivery manager at 713 924 8200.
